States that she would like for someone from the department to reach back out to her with guidelines for collecting trash. States that there are bags in between two buildings. Says she spoke to someone previously. Refer to request 74726. Says she was told that she was told that city would not collect any trash other than what's in can. Please reach back out to caller.
