Please mark lanes in median intersection. Drivers turning left on either side do not know whether to stay to the right or left, causing confusion and unsafe driving maneuvers here.

    We use the VDOT criteria to determine if markings in medians are worthwhile or more confusing to motorists. Given the narrow median markings are not planned.
