Description
During a WISP/MOT months ago, traffic going N. on 9th street was limited to one lane and had striping to indicate drivers were to shift over a lane through the intersection. After the MOT was removed, the markings were painted over black. The black over-paint has worn down and cars are shifting from the left lane into the right lane when traveling through the intersection though the right continues straight. During dark mornings or rain, this problem is worse as the black paint reflects light.
