Description
There is a whole wall of graffiti on the brick facing 2119 E. Franklin St.. It is on the brick wall behind Richmond Hill. A small amount of graffiti was removed from 23rd St. on the same wall but the larger amount faces E. Franklin St. Same structure just facing south rather than east Taylor Hill Park top of steps all the way to the end east towards N 23rd Street
