Caller states apartment complex used to be a factory, has "No Parking" signs around what used to be loading zone but is now parking spots for residents that continue to be ticketed. Signage located on Stockton Street between E 5th & E 6th street

    Spoke to Ms. Singleton. See complaint about getting ticket because of an erroneous sign. I told her I had taken the sign down last week.
