Description
As you drive down Shirley Rd toward Riverside Dr, the tree limbs and bushes are overgrown onto the road such that the stop sign is blocked AND the road is essentially a one-lane road. Two cars cannot pass at the same time. Please clear all decayed leaves from the road and trim back branches so that the stop sign is visible and two cars can safely pass at one time.
