DPW000051997tree in front of her home has gotten big and needs pruning . birds in gutter making nests and she is concerned due to health issues. she wants to know if tree can be removed to resolve tree issue . would like to speak to a supervisor CELL PHONE 804.539.9234 Citizen is requesting to have this tree remove states that is causing her too much stress,
