Description
A tall skinny tree either fell down or a careless neighbor cut it down and placed it illegally along my back fence line- currently an active hazard as it has crushed trash toters as well as intangled with high power lines. There are other trees branches within same power lines that the city or power company supposedly did come out and address about a month ago and were here for almost two hours and yet trees are still in lines and does not look like they did anythjng.
