Description

This is the FOURTH time I have submitted a request in several years. None of the others were investigated. NO RESPONSE FROM THE CITY. The owner has built a parking lot IN the alleyway, built a fence, dumped debris, and illegally extended his own property. Now he is marketing parking to tenants. Am I also allowed to build my property out into the alleyway? DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, FINALLY. PLEASE.
