Description

Dominion Energy removed a tree that was intertangled in their wires. They left this "stump" hanging in a wire from a different utility (Comcast). It is a hazard hanging in the alley where people walk including my family. If it falls and strikes a person or animal it could cause serious injury or death. Can Richmond remove it? My private tree contractor is not able to remove it.
