Description

Permanent metal garbage can across from laundry mat on strawberry st (on fox elementary sidewalk side) has not been emptied for 3 weeks in a row. The plastic can insert is missing and people still rudely filled up, mostly dog poop bags and to go containers and obviously garbage guys are ignoring the trash. Now people are tossing stuff on top of the huge mess and overflowing all over sidewalk. Clearly this is a problem as it’s extremely smelling and quite honestly a blight on the beautiful area.
