Description

Large tree limb fell off. There is another huge branch that is caught in the tree and hanging. The citizen states that the tree may be dead or dying. Very concerned about the large piece that's hanging. Depending which side the branch falls on it could definitely hit a power line. Directly behind 725 W 33rd on city property Please assist.
