Description
At the corner of 8500 elm road and Huguenot. Citizen is reporting a tree that appears to be unstable and leaning on utility lines. Citizen already called Ms. Utility and VDOT and VDOT told the citizen to call us. If the tree is to fall, it will fall on the major road on Huguenot causing huge problems.

- Staff · April 7, 2021Arborist inspected the site 4/6. communicated with the resident that the city would contact our survey team to determine if this tree fell from a city right of way. Citizen contacted Verizon as the tree fell onto their wire. City crews cannot perform tree work within 10 ft of wires.
