Description
There should be a crosswalk connecting Abner Clay park to St. Peter Street. There is a high volume of pedestrians who cross the park and continue down St Peter to Chamberlayne. Many people also park in the parking lot and cross Leigh Street to visit the Black History Museum. Cars tend to speed down Leigh street, making it difficult to cross at this location.
