Description
SAFETY ITEM. See photo. This hazard is located along the Capital Trail a short distance east of Great Shiplock Park (well before traffic circle). It's between the sidewalk and the trail. As you know, this area is frequented by bikers, walkers/joggers, skaters and others. This hazard could cause serious injury to someone who runs into it -- it should be removed.
