There are at least 6 buckled, broken, or missing areas of sidewalk in the 2900 block of Moss Side Ave 23222 that require shaving down or replacement. This block is used by pedestrians going to and from Battery Park, so smooth sidewalks are important for safe foot and wheelchair traffic. Thank you.
