Description

Homeowner of 4431 & 4421 Custis Rd. has constructed a fence, with brick columns and gates, within 2-3' of pavement edge. From RV parcelmapper, it appears this work is clearly beyond the private property line and within the road right of way. While traffic is not impeded, Custis is very narrow and winding.
