Description
This limb came down off a city tree in the park area on October 31,2020. The homeowner Joy Powell has spoken with someone from the city, they came out to look at it, but nothing has been done yet. The limb is broken off and leaning against the trunk. This is a very dangerous situation as kids play in the area. Joy has been in and out of rehabilitation and unable to follow up on the matter. She has asked me to help. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
