SAFETY ISSUE. See photos. Address RVA311 provided is not correct. Location is Admiral Gravely Blvd near Government Rd. Location is swale on side of same side of Admiral Gravely Blvd as Mt Calvary Baptist Church. Location is between bus stop (Stop ID: 190) and Government Rd. You can see cover is missing and there's a significant tripping hazard near an area where many people live (including children). Organization responsible should be directed to fix this dangerous situation ASAP.
