Description
The pedestrian signal countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of E Byrd Street and S 9th Street. This pedestrian signal is the signal for pedestrians traveling east on E Byrd Street on the right side of the street. The countdown timer is broken but the white walk light and red don't walk light are still working.
