Description

MS BLACK STATES THAT TRAFFIC IS GOING TO FAST AND HER CAR HAS BEEN HIT TWICE DUE TO TRAFFIC GOING 50 AND 60 MILES AN HOUR AND WOULD LIKE FOR SOME ONE TO PLEASE PUT A STOP SIGN OR A SPEED BUMP IN THE ROAD.
