Citizen stated that she had reported this tree before but ticket is close stating duplicate ticket. the tree is a danger and all dead and can fall on someone.

    Caller is calling back in reference to checking on the status of this request; caller states there's a safety concern because cars are being damaged etc. branches continuously fall. Caller states she has even fallen trying to pick up branches. This has been reported over a year ago.
