Description
Alley behind 2300 block of Riverside Drive (off of 24th Street) needs regrading and graveling. From all the utility work recently done, the alley has pot holes and is very uneven, and more than 70% of the alley is bare dirt (no gravel), creating runoff and deeper holes.
