Description
When the apartment buildings were built, the builders sloped the gravel downward, so now when it rains it creates a moat toward my house. These small ponds that are created around my fence line willl deteriorate my fence over time. I am asking the city to level this out so that the rainwater does not collect where it shouldn't (on my property line)
