Description

Speed bumps are needed on 5th Avenue between Alder & Chestnut. "Stop all way" signs are being ignored and speed of 50+ is constantly occurring.

    Speed tables are not planned given the four all-way stops between Trigg St and Magnolia St. The approximate distances between the stops along 5th Ave are 700’ – 700’ – 700’ – 300’. We will ensure proper 25mph signs are installed. I shared the complaints with the Richmond Police Department.
