Description
Resolution to previous request at this location is unacceptable. This high-speed pedestrian crossing remains extremely dangerous as cars speed across the crosswalk onto I-95 without any regard for the thousands of VCU employees who park at the bottom of the hill walk to and from work. It is only a matter of time until somone gets hit here and white paint on the pavement is not the solution. Short of a pedestrian bridge/tunnel, there needs to be a light of some kind at this intersection.
