- System · April 13, 2021Message from Arborist M. Staton: This was a council escalation within the last week. It turns out this is in the city right of way, see below from Doug in survey. The tree is not in our inventory. I’ve measured the tree and will put it on my contract pruning list due to the service drop. I just met with the resident in person to relay the plan of action. - System · April 15, 2021Arborist wanted to add additional comments: Will you please add, Arborist, Michael Staton met with resident in person on 4/13/2021. Tree is not in our inventory; however, is in the city right of way and will be pruned by our contractor sometime after July 1st of 2021 when we’re able to submit lists to procurement.
- System · August 25, 2021Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, states tree has not yet been pruned at time of call. Caller has a subsequent service ticket in from 7/12 regarding the same issue: DPW000083389
