Description
Citizen called and reported that any time it rains, their alley floods in a big way where it flows into their backyard making a pool . she is concerned about the mosquitos. City had come in last month drove the truck to level the area but it did not do anything. Dirt level is so high that it does not do anything. she is requesting to put some more gravel There is no drainage. Some alleys are being repaired and she is requesting to grade it properly.
