Description
The alley continues to floor and it is attracting varments. This has been an ongoing problem. As a city of Richmond home owner we pay the highest tax rate compared to surrounding areas. the city layed gravel recentlly but all my neighbors knew this was a bandaid to the continued problem. the potholes are getting larger. Not only do the potholes create a problem for the ally but it flows into our backyards creating standing water for days. Please help us with this problem. Thank you.
