Description
There are multiple requests for service in the alley between Cutshaw and Grace, which runs E/W between Westmoreland and Commonwealth. The alley is basically unusable after rain. ex. The alley on the Westmoreland side has a large rut that when it rains, even lightly, becomes nearly impassable by passenger car. After it rains, the water and mud remain for weeks. PLEASE, PLEASE GRADE/PUT DOWN GRAVEL THIS ALLEY!!!
