Description
Please consider a speed bump and crosswalk at 2800 e Franklin leading to Libby Hill park. I watch cars speed exceeding 35-40+ Miles and hour here while afternoon park goers are trying to cross franklin street and enjoy themselves. This street is too commonly used for thru traffic and it would be much more enjoyable and safe with a marked speed control system of some sort.
