Description

This is an ongoing request, initiated in July 2020, when a large limbs repeatedly fell from the dying tree. A car was damaged in July. Homeowners were assured the city would remove the tree. Then the ticket was "mistakenly closed" in the fall. Then a new request was filed. Then a second scheduled removal. Other trees on the street were removed on that week but this tree was not. Homeowner paid for new trees through the city priogram in August. Called 311 repeatedly, with no call back.
