Description

A few years back, this intersection used to have a flashing light (flashing red for Namesond that has the stop signs, flashing yellow for the cross traffic on Kensington that doesn't). Why was this light ever removed? It's a dangerous intersection, and the light removal made it worse. This intersection is already difficult to see cross traffic due to parked cars, so you have to "nose out" which is why a flashing yellow would help cross traffic be aware of cars crossing Kensington.

M A flashing warning beacon is not warranted at this location. Existing "no parking" signs are present on all corners for visibility.
