Description

We recently had a drain pipe replaced that was on city property. As a result, the roadside gutter made of concrete was dug up and replaced terribly with asphalt. It now collects mud and water and needs to be properly returned back to the cement that was there before as it also impacts curb appeal and encroaches into our driveway.
