Description
People constantly use the straight lane (that has a green straight arrow) on the right to cut into the left turn lanes there, despite the fact that the left turn signal that is recessed is red. There needs to be bollards (just like the ones installed on the other side of the street in a left turn lane one block away) here so people can't effectively run a red light just because the light for a different lane was green.
