Description

Drivers need to stop before turning on to Brookland Parkway. I’ve seen too many close calls with drivers almost killing peoole on bikes, or hittibg other cars. Frankly, this slip lane needs to be closed. Slip lanes and bike lanes are a recipe for disaster.

    Rennie/Loxley is an all-way stop with appropriate signing and marking. There are no sign or pavement marking changes planned. Brookland Parkway/Rennie/Loxley is a large paved area with appropriate signing and marking and no changes are planned. DPW applied for a Capital Improvement Project to make the large paved area a green area with curbing but did not receive funding.
