Description
Citizen states that the top portion of the tree broke off during a storm. Now the tree appears to be leaning and about to break. The tree is behind the citizens address in an easement. This is behind Redd School off of Jahnke. There are alot of Wisteria Vines hanging from the tree.

Property owner explained the tree involves another land owner, Arborist encouraged them to contact code enforcement to handle issues with neighbors vegetation encroaching on their property. complete.
