Description
citizen states that the entrance way to the alley floods when it rains. She is concerned that with warmer weather it will draw mosquitos North 21st Street and 23rd on the North side of Jefferson Avenue......24th and 25th Street on the South side of Jefferson Avenue 2306 and 2308 Jefferson Avenue
