Description

The main water line is leaking onto Grove Avenue where the curb and asphalt paving intersect. A sink hole has started to form. The City of Richmond has looked at it twice in the last six months and nothing has been done. The sink hole is getting worse and more water is seeping out of the pavement. This has been going on for over a year. So, who knows how much water is being wasted. Some type of action needs to be taken. Thank you.
