Description
Residents report that over the past several years, as potholes develop from heavy daycare usage by the church, the city will drop some gravel and smooth it. As a result, the alley is higher than many of our driveways. Thus, a heavy rain sees water accumulating in our drives and not just running off. The potholes have become a problem (numerous and deep). Rather than adding another layer of stone, we would like the city to regrade and smooth it to protect our drives from water runoff.
