Description

The bicycle lane on Williamsburg road is full of glass, rocks and debris. The white posts that separate the bicycle lane from car traffic also prevents any street cleaners to clean that section. This makes the bike lane unusable. This is a dangerous situation as cyclist (me included) are forced to ride in the street with the cars which is frustrating to them as their is a bike lane, however they do not realize it is not useable. For the safety of us cyclist please remove the white posts!

The Deputy DPW Director has been notified. He is also considering purchasing a smaller sweeper that can fit in bike lanes.
