Description

Intersection of Glouster and Brookland Pkwy is midway between the two major signalized intersections. Speeding cars dont stop for people trying to cross. Adding a crosswalk and visual cues to slow down and watch for people might help.

    o Brookland Parkway has several speed limit signs and curve warning signs between Arthur Ashe Blvd and Loxley Rd plus a bike lane. No changes in signing is planned at this time but Brookland Parkway willbe reviewed by our consultant for lane configuration and crosswalk needs. Speeding concerns have been reported to the Richmond Police Dept.
