Description
Requesting speed control / bump on Dove Ave between North Ave and the Richmond Henrico Turnpike. It's a residential street with children / blind person(s) that live directly adjacent to the road and in the area. There are residence facing and alongside the street. Most people use the road to cut through and go well above the speed limit. There's also a blind spot caused by the hill, which is dangerous for speeding drivers nd pedestrians alike.
