Description

The roots of the tree out front have popped up the concrete so that there is about a 4+ inch rise. In one portion you can see under the concrete slab. This makes it difficult for folks trying to use the sidewalk in any wheeled transport (kids on bikes, folks in wheelchairs, delivery folks pulling wagons/carts). It requires stopping completely and maneuvering over. You cannot go around it because there is a steep embankment to the curb and you would fall into the parked cars. It is a danger.
