Description

The concrete sidewalk on Westover Road between Brandon Lane and Berkley Lane is coming up and creating a hazard for pedestrians. In the last two weeks, I went flying twice myself over protruding concrete slabs in the sidewalk. I am worried because a lot of elderly folks have walks here.
