Description
This signal please needs to be adjusted. There is rarely any traffic traveling N/S on Labrook Road and the light traveling E/W on Midlothian Turnpike is frequently red, despite not traffic coming from the other direction. I travel this road daily around 0630-0700 and frequently encounter an unnecessary red light. it also allows for the west bound lanes on Midlothian Tnpke to have a green turn signal without traffic present, causing a longer red light for east bound traffic, which I believe is un
