Description
The pedestrian countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of E Jackson Street and N 3rd Street. This pedestrian signal is the signal for pedestrians traveling south on N 3rd Street on the left side of the street. The countdown timer is broken but the white walk light and red don't walk light are still working.
