Description
Pothole in the right turn lane of Westbrook Ave. and Hermitage Ave. has grown deeper and wider. It has grown so large that I must either risk hitting the curb or move into the adjacent lane to avoid the pothole. The pothole has gone beyond the upper asphalt level and is now so deep it has torn through the concrete/aggregate below the asphalt.
