Description
There is a substantial hole in the alley way behind and between 304 and 306 west clay street. Its about three feet deep and 4 feet wide. Currently there is an orange cone cautioning pedestrians and drivers however, its barely visible because of how deep the hole is. I believe this is a huge liability and very unsafe.
