just pathetic! why are richmond city potholes literally everywhere?! they are damaging rims and flattening tires! If ppl always concentrated on the street itself for potholes, then ppl wud have OTHER types of driving mishaps... duuhhhhhhhh. I MEAN SOME PEOPLE ARE IN A HURRY/ DAYDREAMING/TIRED/ CAN'T SEE OK & THEY AREN'T THINKING ABOUT HAVING TO DODGE AROUND POTHOLES @ NIGHT, PUTTING OTHER PPL OR CARS AT RISK. DO POLICE IN A HURRY THINK ABOUT THEM?? 🤔 COME ON RVA! LET'S DO BETTER! 😁 👏👏
